How long will my order take?

Our turnaround time for made-to-order items is approx 6–8 weeks, unless otherwise stated. Ready-made items may ship sooner.

How much is UK shipping?

All UK orders include free postage.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes – we ship worldwide.

How much is shipping to Europe?

Shipping to Europe is a flat rate of £8. Please note that local customs or import duties may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.

How much is shipping to the USA?

Shipping to the USA is a flat rate of £12, plus a prepaid US Duty & Clearance fee (10% of your order value + £0.50), which is shown clearly at checkout.

How much is shipping to the rest of the world?

Shipping to all other countries is a flat rate of £15. Customs or import duties may apply depending on your location.

Can I return my order?

Yes – you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?

Yes. Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This applies to items made specifically to your request outside of the standard options available on the website.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

If you need to return an item due to sizing, you may do so within the return period as long as the item meets the return conditions above.
